Ruth Nye, is a life coach that can work alongside you on your purpose and goals. Coaching will create a space for you to reflect, question and ideate. Breaking down the things that stand in your way and building up strength and determination, so you are ready for whatever lies ahead.
Coaching can take a number of forms, either face to face or over the phone/video conference:
Spot coaching sessions – a one off 2 hour coaching session to explore the elements of your life that contribute to your happiness and equally those that are eroding it. Developing strategies to lean-in to things that give you energy and tackle things that hold you back. These coaching sessions can be particularly pertinent at a time of change, challenge or inertia when you don’t know which way to turn.
Weekly coaching sessions – regular 1 hour coaching sessions, 3 times a month working in partnership towards your goals. Developing a close understanding and awareness of the steps to be taken in pursuit of your goals and realising your ambition.
Monthly – once a month 1 hour coaching sessions to check in on your progress, building in time to stop and reflect on behaviours and actions. These monthly sessions can be vital to making the small changes that can make all the difference.
